How many times can I participate?
Limit one (1) entry per email address/household during the promotion period. See Terms & Conditions for full details.
Do I need to take any action after submitting my receipt?
No action is required while your receipt is under review. Once approved, please watch for an email from quaker.backtoschool@promowatchrewards.com containing the next steps to claim your reward.
How will I know if my receipt was approved or rejected?
You will receive an email within approximately 72 hours after submission:
- Approved: Instructions to claim your reward
- Rejected: Explanation of the issue and how to resubmit (if applicable)
When will I receive my reward?
For digital rewards (including Visa or Venmo), please allow up to 72 hours after your receipt is verified for delivery.
For physical retailer gift cards, please allow up to 8 weeks after verification for delivery. Be sure to check your email (including spam/junk folders) for messages from: quaker.backtoschool@promowatchrewards.com or rewards@tremendous.com.

How do I receive my Venmo reward?
If you selected Venmo, your reward will be sent after your receipt has been reviewed and approved. Please allow up to 72 hours after approval to receive an email from rewards@tremendous.com with instructions to claim your reward. You must follow the steps in that email to complete the transfer to your Venmo account.
Can I choose between Venmo, Visa, or a retailer gift card?
Reward options are presented based on your submission and eligibility. In some cases, you may be able to select your preferred reward. In others, you will receive a follow-up email with available options.
My receipt was approved, but I didn’t receive my reward email. What should I do?
If it has been more than 72 hours since approval:
- Check your spam/junk folders
- Search for emails from rewards@tremendous.com or quaker.backtoschool@promowatchrewards.com
If you still can’t find your reward email, please fill out the inquiry form below and we will assist you.
The reward link I received isn’t working. What should I do?
Try opening the link in a different browser or device. If the issue continues, submit the inquiry form below and include a screenshot of the error message.
What if I accidentally deleted my reward email?
Submit the inquiry form below and we can resend your reward after verifying your information.
What if I don’t claim my digital reward right away?
Reward links may expire if not claimed within a certain timeframe. If your link expires, please contact support using the inquiry form.
Why was my receipt rejected?
Common reasons include:
- Missing purchase date
- Missing or ineligible Participating Products
- Receipt total does not meet minimum spend (pre-tax, after discoun
- Unreadable or incomplete image
- Non-participating retailer (Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for full details. )
Can I resubmit my receipt if it was rejected?
Yes. If your receipt is rejected due to image quality or missing information, you may follow the instructions in your email to upload a new image.
I’m getting an error when verifying my home address. What should I do?
Our system uses address verification to ensure accurate delivery. Please:
- Enter your address exactly as it appears on official mail
- Include apartment/unit numbers if applicable
- Use USPS standard abbreviations (e.g., “St” instead of “Street”) If the issue continues, submit the inquiry form so we can assist.
Can I change my reward after I’ve claimed it?
No. Once a reward has been selected or claimed, it cannot be changed.
Can I track my physical gift card shipment?
Physical gift cards are typically sent via standard mail and do not include tracking. If it has been more than 8 weeks, please submit an inquiry.
