When will I receive my gift card?
For digital gift cards, please allow up to 72 hours after your receipt is verified for delivery. For physical gift cards, please allow up to 8 weeks after verification for delivery. Remember to search your email (including spam/junk folders) for the subject line: “Your Back to School Bonus Reward.”
My receipt was approved, but I didn’t get an email. What should I do?
If you haven’t received the email for your digital gift card and it has been over 72 hours since your receipt was verified, search your email (including spam/junk folders) for the subject line: “Your Back to School Bonus Reward.” The gift card email will come from Tremendous. If you still can’t find it, submit the inquiry form below.
The gift card link doesn’t work. How can I fix this?
Try opening the link in a different browser or device. If you still have trouble, submit the form below and include a screenshot of the error message.
I’m getting an error when verifying my home address. What should I do?
Our system uses address verification to ensure rewards are delivered correctly. If your address isn’t being accepted:
- Double-check that you’ve entered it exactly as it appears on your utility bill, mail, or official records.
- Include apartment/unit numbers if applicable.
- Try using standard USPS abbreviations (e.g., “St” instead of “Street”).
- If it still doesn’t work, submit the inquiry form with your correct address so we can manually verify it.
Can I submit a digital or online receipt?
No. As stated in the terms, online purchases and online receipts are not valid for this promotion. Only printed, in-store receipts are accepted.
How will I know if my receipt was approved?
Within 72 hours, you’ll receive an approval email from Tremendous. If your receipt is not approved, you’ll receive an email explaining why.
Can I choose a different reward after I’ve made my selection?
No. Once a reward has been claimed, it cannot be changed.
What if I accidentally deleted my reward email?
Submit the inquiry form below and we can resend your reward link after verifying your details.
Why was my receipt rejected?
Common reasons include missing purchase date, missing or ineligible Participating Products, unreadable images, a non-qualifying retailer or minimum amount not met pre-tax and after discounts. See the Terms & Conditions for the full list of requirements.
Can I track the delivery of a physical gift card?
Most physical gift cards are sent via standard mail without tracking. If it’s been more than 8 weeks since your approval, submit an inquiry.
